Welcome to the Donald Wilde Medical Centre Online
This long established practice is on Rochdale Road in a purpose built surgery offering a full range of services for our patients. We endeavour to provide a friendly helpful service in all aspects of health care.
The practice is a University of Manchester teaching site, and staff at the practice teach Medical Students as part of their training to become doctors, so we would be very grateful if you could allow them to be present during your consultation. The practice nurse also mentor's student nurses from time to time. The doctors & practice nurse will seek the permission of the patient for a student to be present in a consultation.
From time to time the practice may close in an afternoon for staff training, we do put notices out in reception and waiting areas with when this will be happening.
This is on a wednesday/thursday of each month at 1.30pm. If during this time you need to be seen please attend the walk-in-centre at the ICC Building, New Radcliffe St, Oldham, OL1 1NL or ring 111
